At Jain Happy Man, we are committed to providing high-quality food and grocery products to our customers. Since many of our products are consumable and perishable in nature, returns and refunds are subject to the terms mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, expired, or leaked
  • Wrong item has been delivered
  • Product quality issue caused during transit
  • Missing item in the order

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos and unboxing proof may be required
  • Original invoice/order details must be shared

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period
  • Opened or partially consumed food items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes

2. Return Request Process

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and package

Our support team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval of the request.

Approved refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Product replacement

Refund timelines:

  • Online payment refunds: 5–7 business days
  • COD order refunds: via bank transfer after confirmation

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers are advised to contact support immediately for cancellation requests.


5. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened food and grocery items
  • Perishable products
  • Customized or bulk orders
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel
  • Share photos/videos immediately with our support team

Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products without proper proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
